Shrink tunnel ATT 1600

In the lower part of the shrink tunnel ATT 1600 there is a clear separation between the cold and the hot areas. All electric components are as good as possible separated from the hot area (water tank with ist components). The complete hood of the tunnel is designed with double wall and excellent isolation. Together with the extremely well isolation of the water tank the result is an outstanding energy effi ciency of the shrink tunnel. The robust control of the machine is placed – well protected – behind a separate door.

The four side coverings of the machine table are easy-to-open for all cleaning and maintenance tasks. The hood with its large doors allows an easy and good access to the inside of the shrink tunnel. It is possible to remove the conveyor without using any tools within a few seconds.

Because of the automatic product processing system it is possible to process a high quantity of products which have been already vacuum-packed in shrinking bags. Continuously the product travels through some water curtains which hit the vacuum bag from above as well as from below.
The shrink tunnel may be combined with the single chamber models TITAN-F 1000 R and TITAN-F 1000 A or the double chamber model TITAN-X 950 A, e.g. Thanks to the high performance of the shrink tunnel ATT 1600 it is possible to use it simultaneously together with several preceding vacuum machines. The same applies to vacuum packing machinery of other producers.
